REGINA FAMILY & FRIENDS. I am asking all those wiling to help to plz read and share….. Here with a young brother who has decided he wants to do something about the reality of Regina losing it’s ceremonial grounds. I am in full support. We have so many living in extreme poverty and hopelessness, addiction, violence and despair… And the ceremony’s are sometimes our only way to cope in a way that is positive and empowering…now it is being diminished and we can’t let that happen without some kind of intervention. I am asking for those who can to plz bring wood. This young man wants to light a sacred fire and has only his will and determination … He loves our ppl and our ways too. Plz bring firewood, plz come and hear what he has to share about how our ppl need prayer space. How are pushed to a level of poverty that we do not have the means to have sacred space? All other denominations have their churches and synagogues and temples…. we have our own.
And now the reality of this particular means to help ourselves, is going to disappear. Anyone who would like to help, it doesn’t matter what colour or belief u are or have, u are welcome to come n help. This young man is asking that WE ALL take part in being proactive in looking after such a beautiful space so the ppl in the city of Regina, can continue with ceremony. WHERE? Just off McArthy Blvd there is a turn called Mikkelson Road right by KFC and u take that. It goes on to a dead end and u turn left then take the first right…. it’s the right down along a road surrounded by bush, at the end of the city. The route to the Dojack Youth Facility. U will see a big school bus and a white house. U will see the tipi where this young man will be. He will only speak with independent media and they have to stay for a day – all other media will be rejected. He only will have water until sacred space is secured for the city ppl who have no means to travel to help themselves in this way.
Plz come out, see what he needs, offer what u can, and help him help all of us. Our young ppl need us to step up and I ask that u think about how we can do that.
